Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rosa Paulina Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

USA Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time 

Processing time is 3-5 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare an order to be shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Your order will often be processed quicker than 3-5 days, but please allow for the full 5 business days before reaching out with questions or concerns. If you are in a rush and hoping that an item will be processed quicker than 3-5 business days, please reach out to rosapaulinadesigns@gmail.com with your deadline PRIOR to placing your order to see if it will be possible. 

Shipping Time 
Shipping time begins once the item is dropped off at the post office and will vary dependent on USPS. Rosa Paulina Designs is not responsible for any extended shipping time or any lost or stolen items once the package has been dropped off at the post office. 

Cost to Ship
All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with a flat rate cost of $4.00 USD. Any domestic orders of $50.00 USD or more receive free shipping, no code needed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rosa Paulian Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Rosa Paulian Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy 

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.

    1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
    2. Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing info@rosa-paulina-designs.myshopify.com with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a product video supporting your reason. Upon approval, you will receive an email from us, and the address to where you can mail the product you would like to return.
    3. To assure your refund please use the trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
    4. Upon receipt of your package, your products will be examined. If the products are found in reasonable condition (not broken, used, out-of-shape, etc) then a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
